How far away do you deliver? Do you deliver outside of the Lower Mainland?
Bread Garden Catering (corporate catering) is able to deliver to the North Shore, to Abbotsford, and as far south as the US/Canada border. We have three catering-only kitchens in the Lower Mainland to ensure freshness and timeliness. Pacific Coast Event Catering can travel farther for some events, as long as we can ensure freshness and correct temperature.
When should we order?
Bread Garden Catering typically requires 24 hours advance notice for our orders, although often we are able to fit an order in on the same day if an emergency arises in your business.
For Pacific Coast Event Catering, the timing depends on the complexity of your event – it can even take up to 6 months for the most elaborate events. It is best to talk to one of our planners as far in advance as possible.
Do you have a delivery charge? Do I need to worry about plates/cutlery etc?
We have one charge that includes delivery and paper supplies for your order. All of our plates, cutlery, napkins, etc. are bio-degradable.
Do you have a minimum order for your catering?
We will deliver any order that totals at least $50 of food and beverages.

What if we need rental equipment?
Our event planners have a wealth of experience in dealing with rental equipment. We also have a great relationship with some rental companies – which can be key in managing this important piece of your event.
